Built in 2001, the industrial park spans 40,460 SF., and is located near the Fruitville/I-75 (Exit 210) interchange on Tower Lane, on 3.8AC of PID-zoned land. This business park has 24 units of approximately 1,680 SF each and 140 parking spaces. This fully leased industrial park was sold by Brian Seidel to William Mullet for $7.8 million dollars.
