American Property Group is excited to announce the grand opening of DSC Strength and Conditioning at 1098 S Tamiami Trail, Osprey, FL. This state-of-the-art fitness facility, owned and operated by Daria Snow-Hayward, is set to open its doors on Monday, August 12.

The gym is owned and operated by Daria Snow-Hayward, an Air Force Veteran and Strength and Conditioning Coach, whose extensive experience and passion for fitness are at the heart of DSC. With a background as a critical care Registered Nurse, Daria has dedicated her life to helping others achieve their best health. An athlete her entire life, Daria’s enthusiasm for sports includes field hockey, basketball, softball, hiking, running, strength training, road cycling, horse riding and jumping, and triathlons. Her dedication extends to her family, including her daughter Zoë and her dog Jacky.

Following the success of her first gym in Nashua, New Hampshire, Daria has teamed up with Renee Porcelli, General Manager, to bring her fitness expertise to Osprey, FL. Conveniently located just south of Sarasota, DSC Osprey offers a state-of-the-art facility featuring a wide array of programs. These include group training, personal training, athletic development, and a kids camp, designed to cater to individuals of all ages and fitness levels.

DSC Strength and Conditioning’s mission is to provide a supportive environment where members can achieve their personal fitness goals through expert coaching and a strong sense of community. The new Osprey location will continue this tradition, offering innovative programs to enhance physical health and overall well-being.
